Section meet at Wirth: see attachment for race order bib numbers and start times for classic and skate.
Approx 8 minutes between pods.
Ample recovery time for changing equipment and rehydration.
Would like all boys to exit the stadium -team camp area by 12:30—first two pods should have o problem with this.

Girls can come in at 12:30 and have 1 hr before race time for warmup and waxing.

CONTINUOUS CLOCK FOR EACH TECHNIQUE—so adapt your personal time sheets

Spectator update:

1. NO JV or other team skiers other than your 7 who are skiing on site.
2. 2 spectators per skier are allowed for the race.
3. Wirth wants spectators who wish to oversee the stadium enter under the Bridge
4. No spectators in the stadium or near the start finish ever.
5. Parents should NOT be in your team camp—ask them to leave if they come.
6. Boy skiers need to leave the site when finished. They may or stay in the parking lol if they have to ride a bus
with the girls team.
7. The MN Department of Health expects minimal contact for this event.
Remember everyone is MASKED, except skier who are in the race.
